Universul eminescian ne-a fascinat pe oricare dintre noi la un moment dat, iar această piesă este un omagiu adus poetului devenit veșnic nemuritor prin creația sa.
‘Astra’ spune povestea dorinței ființei umane de a deveni nemuritoare, care aspiră la depășirea condiției și recunoașterea geniului. Astfel, el caută neîncetat posibilitatea de a se alătura cosmosului pe vecie, sub forma unui astru ceresc, pentru a fi admirat și prețuit de restul muritorilor de rând. Deseori, însă, geniul ființei umane este înăbușit de superficialitatea contemporanului. Abia când reușește să treacă de obstacolul superficialității și să pătrundă în esența creației va fi ființa umană demnă de a rămâne veșnic în recunoașterea cosmosului. În final, geniul autentic va realiza că depășirea limitelor umane se face numai prin reflecție și artă.

The eminescian universe has fascinated each and everyone of us at a certain point in our lives, and this song is a tribute to the poet, who has achieved immortality through his creations.
‘Astra’ tells the story of human desire towards immortality, of wanting to surpass one’s own human limitations and achieve recognition of one’s genius. Thus, one continuously seeks the possibility of joining the cosmos for all eternity under the form of a celestial body, to be admired and cherished by the remaining mortal souls. However, the genius of human nature is often drowned by the shallowness of contemporaneity. Only when one manages to overcome the obstacle of shallowness and understand the essence of pure creation, will one be worthy of the cosmos’ recognition. In the end, the authentic genius will realize that the limits of human nature are only surpassed through reflection and art.
